Signature Series is built for serious adult leather-ball cricket. We select Grade 3 English-willow clefts at the raw stage, and typically only 2–3 out of every 10 qualify.
Each finished bat is hard pressed, then checked again with a leather ball and mallet. We look for a combination of response, practical weight, central balance, finish and premium overall appearance.
Profiles & Weight Ranges
Faster swing and controlled pickup for drives, straight-bat shots and top-order stroke play.
An extended lower sweet spot for low-bounce wickets and extra power through the lower blade.
Light1150–1190 g
Medium1190–1250 g
Heavy1250 g+
Weight preference is personal. Both profiles can be offered across these ranges.
Willow Grading & Natural Appearance
Signature Series uses selected Grade 3 English willow. Grains can be narrow, broad or slightly tilted, and minor natural spots or blemishes can occasionally appear.
A cleaner or higher-grain face is not automatically the better-performing bat. We do not guarantee a fixed number of grains; we select for both a strong overall look and playing performance.
Preparation & Bat Care
The bat is professionally hard pressed, with a scuff sheet and fibre tape already applied. It is not sold as fully knocked or match-ready.
Complete approximately 300–500 controlled throwdowns with an older leather ball before match use. Do not oil the new bat immediately; contact Nimbus for guidance based on the bat’s condition.
Dispatch, Returns & Warranty
Usually within 1–2 days. If a bat needs to be prepared after ordering, dispatch can take up to 7 days.
Seven-day return for an unused bat in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Six-month handle-only warranty from the delivery date.
COD is available in India. International orders are prepaid only.
