Nimbus Cricket Bat Warranty

Every Nimbus Cricket bat is covered by a 6-month handle warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered

The warranty covers failure of the bat handle under normal cricket use where inspection indicates a handle or manufacturing-related issue. If a valid claim is approved, Nimbus Cricket will repair or replace the handle as appropriate.

What is not covered

• Cracks or damage to the blade, face, edges, shoulder or toe
• Damage caused by moisture, water, wet-ball use or improper storage
• Damage caused by misuse, abnormal impact or inadequate bat care
• Normal wear and tear, surface cracks or cosmetic changes in natural willow
• Damage after unauthorised repairs or alterations

Willow is a natural material, so minor surface cracks and cosmetic changes can occur through normal use and are not covered by the handle warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Share your order number.
2. Send clear photos and a short video showing the problem.
3. Briefly explain when and how the issue occurred.

Inspection and shipping

Warranty claims are assessed after reviewing the information provided and, when required, physically inspecting the bat. The customer is responsible for sending the bat to Nimbus Cricket for inspection or repair. An approved warranty claim covers the applicable handle repair or replacement; it does not automatically mean replacement of the complete bat.
