Replacement & Refund

We offer both replacement and refund options for your bat if it arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations.

Condition

The bat must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging intact for a replacement or refund to be processed.

Processing Time

Replacement or refund requests will be handled promptly within 7 days of receiving your request.

Delivery Charges

Return delivery charges will be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
