Built From A Cricketer’s Frustration.
Nimbus Cricket began with a frustration I had experienced personally as a player. Many cricketers were spending huge amounts on bats, while affordable alternatives often felt inconsistent in pickup, finishing and performance.
I wanted to build something that respected both the player and the money they were investing. A cricket bat should feel exciting the first time you pick it up. It should have balance, a confident response and finishing that makes you proud to carry it into the middle.
That belief led to months of learning, testing and refinement. We began selecting willow more carefully, working with experienced craftsmen and paying close attention to pressing, profile, handle and pickup—not simply how a bat looked in a photograph.
Nimbus now offers different series for different players, from dependable Grade 1 Kashmir willow to refined and custom English willow. The price changes, but the thinking behind every bat remains the same: performance, style, quality and honest value.
Nimbus is still a young brand. We are learning, improving and growing with every player who trusts us. The mission is simple—to create cricket bats that players are genuinely proud to own.
